Today I had a most remarkable experience. I spent a whole day with two groups of people I had not ever spent time with, nor had ever particularly thought about spending time with. These two groups were the Armed Forces and the Sikh community.

Ten years have elapsed since I had darshan of the Gurdwaras in Maharashtra. I made so many plans to re-visit the place but the opportunity has just come up by His Grace to visit these sanctified places where Guru Gobind Singh Ji spent his final years at Nanded. All the shops and even the airport are named after Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
National Sewa Day saw the partnerships of the City Hindu and City Sikhs Networks to collect and deliver food to two St Mungo's homeless shelters in London. A total of 10 people took part in the sewa to collect food donations from local food shops and Sunday shoppers.
