Saka Sirhind - Chhotey Sahibzade Young Heroes Sacrifice

The Guru's two younger sons are lost and alone with their grandmother. The children who were 6 and 8 years old, were arrested and brought to Governor Wazir Khan. Their grandmother, Mata Gujri, was left alone in a freezing cold tower while the children were interrogated by the government. They were given a choice: Change their religion.... or die. Will these young ones follow the example of Guru Teg Bahadur and sacrifice their lives... or will they give up?

Guru Nanak and the Boulder

Guru Nanak Dev Ji used to travel on foot everywhere with his companions and musicians, Bala and Mardana. One day they were walking and Mardana felt very thirsty. It was very hot outside and they had been walking for a long time. Finally they reached a hill with a dwelling at the top. They were sure they would be able to get water there. A man lived there and had a well that everyone in the nearby village used to get water for washing themselves, growing food, and drinking. But he was very greedy and charged money before anyone could use the well.

Mother Hen and the Wheat

The mother hen finds wheat seeds and tries to get help making bread. All the animals say they will help but don’t end up doing much to the irritation of her chicks. In the end the chicks won’t give them any bread but the mother brings out the virtues of the other animals, they share bread and the animals really help more in the future.
