These sources provided a foundational understanding of his principles of Seva, Simran, and community building. 

Secondary sources, such as contemporary scholarly articles, books, and reports on social issues like inequality [5-7] and leadership ethics [8-10], were reviewed to draw parallels between today's challenges and Baba Nidhan Singh Ji's solutions [11-13]. This comparative analysis allowed for identifying key themes that resonate with his teachings and the pressing issues of the modern era.

Qualitative analysis was employed to interpret the values and practices promoted by Baba Nidhan Singh Ji, focusing on how these can be applied to contemporary contexts. The methodology also included thematic synthesis, where the core principles of Seva, Simran, humility, and compassion were mapped against current global challenges, illustrating their relevance today.

Additionally, the article incorporated insights from modern thinkers and leaders who embody similar values, providing a contemporary perspective on Baba Nidhan Singh Ji’s legacy. The results reveal that his principles of Seva, Simran, humility, and compassion are timeless and critically relevant in addressing issues such as social inequality, materialism, and social fragmentation. A thematic exploration points out how these values can be integrated into modern practices to foster ethical leadership, promote social justice, and inspire harmonious living. The results further highlight the impact of adopting Baba Nidhan Singh Ji’s approach to community building and personal fulfillment, emphasizing the transformative potential of these values in creating a more compassionate and spiritually grounded society. The analysis, as described below, underscores the enduring significance of his teachings in guiding individuals and communities toward a better future.
