Death is rarely spoken about in our homes. I wonder why. Especially when each one of us knows that death has is inevitable. Important to remember: Stop envying those who have done better than you in life—risen higher, made more money, or earned more fame. Envy can be corroding; avoid comparing yourself with others.

A quest to recover the forgotten stories of the Chinese city's North Indian policemen. In addition to finding employment as policemen, Sikhs worked as watchmen, earning money on the side as moneylenders. Indian Sikhs were also recruited for the British police force in Tientsin (Tianjin), Amoy (Xiamen) and Hankow (Hankou, Wuhan).

Sgt. Bob Nagra volunteers his time to do 'cram a cruiser' events three times a year. "I wanted to do this, not only for the whole community, but also to get involved with my own Sikh community. It’s nice to show how we are great contributors to the overall make up of society," said Sgt. Nagra.
