The second International Sikh Research Conference (ISRC) showcased the research of University students as well as seasoned scholars of the Sikh faith.
The first Annual Sikh Studies Conference, Imperial College, London brought together scholars, artists and documentary makers to showcase their work related to the Sikh faith. It was organised by Dr Kamalroop Singh and Ragi Harminder Singh Ragi.
Tears flowed from the eyes of a young Kaur. When asked the reason, she said she was amazed to see the history of Sikhs. She was never exposed to the history in such an impressive way as it is done in the Gurmat Crash Courses delivered by Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle(GGSSC).
Jaideep Singh, the new endowed chair-holder of Sikh and Punjabi Studies at the CSUniversity, is the first to focus on community outreach.
