The extreme cold weather could not deter the spirit of devotees who swept the roads barefoot as nagar kirtan passed through various areas of Model Town on Wednesday. Over 1,000 of them turned up to participate in the nagar kirtan organized to mark the birth anniversary of tenth Sikh master Guru Gobind Singh.
