Sikhs always pray for universal well being (sarbat da bhala) in our daily prayer; performed individually or in religious congregations. We consider all beings as the Creation of One God; hence all are brethren and equal in His eyes. God loves all the being equally and profoundly.
I think the closest concept to a "state of Grace" in the Sikh faith is the state of "sehaj," which is the state of realization and awareness of God. A person in the state of sehaj attains a constant state of contentment and bliss and is aware of the presence of God's light within.
Submission is when you can tell Waheguru Ji from your heart that you are happy to live in His will, and really mean it and believe it inside.
Like most children, young Gobind Rai liked to have fun. But unlike most children, he never cried and he was always in a happy mood. His mother dressed him up in princely clothes and put a feather in his turban and he always looked very clean and handsome. He was looked after by everyone and was very well protected. His mother, grandmother and uncle were all very saintly people who played with him and raised him in his early years. They loved him so much. Throughout his childhood Gobind Rai had entertainment, games, friends and everything, he was always happy.
