The Sikh Coalition is conducting a survey on Sikh female participation and leadership at Gurdwaras. Through this survey, we hope to better understand the perception of women and men in sevadaar roles at the Gurdwara. We aim to publish a report to share our findings and engage the community in a discussion on the importance of visible participation of Sikh women within our institutions.
