Yogi Bhajan was very committed to sharing the technology of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, which originated in the Mother Land of India, with today's youth who can serve as an inspiration to live healthy, happy and in the rising spirit of "Cherdi Kala."

The newly published book, "Meditations for Addictive Behavior" is available at Alchemy and on the SuperHealth website.
