Blessed to study directly with Yogi Bhajan for most of her adult life, she gratefully shares what she has learned  and continues to learn about how to love, work, and live better in the world.

 

 

 

 

Sat Purkh Kaur integrates the Naad into her music, teaching, and healing practices. A writer, editor, poet, singer and songwriter, Sat Purkh serves as Editor and Creative Director of the Kundalini Research Institute. Her albums of sacred music include Nectar of the Name, Beautiful Day, and Queen Be-the Goddess Within. She recently authored Everyday Grace: The Art of Being a Woman, an introduction to the women’s teachings of Yogi Bhajan. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ek Ong Kaar Kaur has written many essays and stories that can be found on-line,at www.sikhnet.com. Her translation of Japji Sahib: The Song of the Soul was released  in March. 2005. Since then she has also published her translation of Anand Sahib.
