DasvandhWeek: 10 Days of Giving

Double your impact during DasvandhWeek when you donate to SikhNet Kids' Stories!

SikhNet is partnering with Dasvandh Network for the first time, and during DasvandhWeek (November 13th–22nd) your donations to animate more SikhNet Kids’ Stories will be doubled!

Dasvandh Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspire giving within the Sikh Community. The organization is focused on furthering humanity as a whole—a concept that is fundamental to Sikhism.

Help SikhNet Create More Animated Stories for Children

Make Your Matched Donation Here!

Here’s a note from the SikhNet Stories Project Manager...

My name is Darshan, and one of my roles at SikhNet is as the Project Manager for SikhNet Stories for Kids. Since I came on board four years ago, we have begun to focus more and more on animations, while also bringing in new stories, too. It's so exciting when we're able to bring what people are asking for. The response has been phenomenal!

Besides animations we have also been working on stories from our script-writing contest. Can Trees Grow Overnight was the first one, and we have two more in the works, along with an original Guru Gaddi story coming soon.

This year we are partnering with the Dasvandh Network to feature our Stories Project during Dasvandh Week. The biggest part?

If you care about SikhNet Stories, I have a special request today: Will you support our Stories project fundraiser on Dasvandh Network?

I am personally very excited to be partnering with the Dasvandh Network. They have a long tradition of featuring all kinds of Sikh projects, and we are loving being a part of this network of organizations providing services to the global Sikh sangat. And there's more ;-)

  • Use DVWEEK20 at checkout and your donation will be MATCHED (up to $250/donor and $6K total for our project)!
  • AND! You can help SikhNet win an additional $8000 or $4000 (whichever organization gets the most new donations wins)!
  • Donor Raffle: In addition to the prizes for organizations, DV Network will also have a raffle for donors where eligible donors will be entered into a contest for various prizes you can win.

If you love Kids' Stories, will you donate today for more animated kids' stories?

With gratitude,

Darshan Kaur
