If a Sikh is to derive guidance for the day from such a reading it becomes imperative that the Hukumnama be randomly chosen. O Almighty, You are the Supreme Being, physically unapproachable, but we look at You as a tree on which we birds (in you) depend for solace; please grant us the unstained (naam) virtues so that we praise You - live in your remembrance and commands ( in all ages) all the time (by the Word) as taught by the Guru .
The power of the new hukam page lies in the new options you can use to control what you want to see on the hukam page and how you want it to look.

On SikhNet and on the web, various Gurbani fonts are used to display Gurbani text on web pages. Installing these fonts give you the ability to see the Gurbani text as it is written in Gurmukhi. The Most common fonts in use are the GurbaniAkhar typefaces.

Some of the fonts are varied thickness (GurbaniThick, GurbaniThin, GurbaniAkhar, etc) so it is a good idea to install at least a few of the different fonts for optimum display.
