The family of Punjab Singh said in a statement Wednesday that he still requires around-the-clock care. They say they've made arrangements to transfer him to a health facility where he'll receive that care. Singh was among four people wounded and six people killed in the Aug. 5 attack. The FBI says it may never know why the gunman opened fire before eventually committing suicide after being wounded by police. Singh was shot in the head and remained in a coma for months. It wasn't immediately clear whether the 65-year-old had regained consciousness, as the family declined to discuss his condition. |
