Consumers visit the website at www.sevacall.com, enter their need, location, availability, and within seconds, receive phone calls from up to three reputable professionals who are best suited to meet their specific request. Seva Call respects user privacy and does not share the user’s contact information; instead all communication is through a conference call.

Consumers often have to rearrange their schedules to accommodate service professionals. Time spent waiting for in-home services and appointments cost American workers $37.7 billion in 2011, according to an IBOPE Zogby poll. Typically consumers also spend valuable time researching and calling several businesses trying to find one that meets individual requirements such as specific need, location, availability, and above all, quality.
