Leena Singh’s devotion to Gurbani and music has guided her from her early years through a transformative journey from engineering to music. She holds a Master’s degree in Gurmat Sangeet and trained under the tutelage of Ustad Homayoun Sakhi, the internationally acclaimed Rabab virtuoso, and Dr. Gurnam Singh, a foremost authority on Sikh musicology.

As the founder of the Sikh Heritage Symphony, she is dedicated to reviving Gurmat Sangeet and Tanti Saaz.

Her book Raag Naad Journey, presents the 31 Raags of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, highlighting Gurmat Sangeet’s history, Raags, and Tanti Saaz, thus making this heritage accessible to global audiences.

Through her compositions, blending English translations of Gurbani, Sufi-inspired lyrics, and heritage instruments with contemporary arrangements, Leena bridges tradition and modern artistry, earning recognition from the Akal Takht and international music awards.
