History, past, yesterday, Prospect, future, tomorrow, Happening, present, today. We know what is their worth yet, we can't help but squander it. Perhaps, all we are, are kleptomaniacs. We just can't help ourselves, And there is no AA, no support group, no help, so no matter how hard we try we can't help but fail. Isn't that what religion was for? but wait, that's been long corrupted. Isn't that what renaissance was all about, but isn't progress that gave us stress. The want, the need, and the instant gratification. The guilt, the debt and the instant regret. and the deflection from reflection, blaming consumerism and communism the eruption of corruption in every institution. Lets not be hasty, we might forget to blame somebody, 'cause everyone is to blame, but me, my and I. It takes every drop of water to make an ocean, so if the ocean got polluted, it makes no difference, even if every droplet complains, if it the purity and reform you wish, join the droplets that decided to evaporate. Rejuvenation of self, in you one's own hands, if you dislike your situation, no matter what the reasons, it's always worth more to change it, rather than sustain it. Rakind Kaur |
