Earlier this year a video with a young Sikh American boy being taunted and called "terrorist" by a fellow student went viral. Among Sikhs this video became obviously became well known, and with the help of social media, the video brought this to the attention of more than our community. The shocking video made it to many different news sources including international.
This weekend the popular YouTube channel TestTube This less-than-three-minute video explains who and what Sikhs are. It is clearly meant to reduce hatred and ignorance towards Sikhs. Way to go TestTube for helping to educate the world about Sikhs!
