Sikh Awareness Day at University of Guelph Mar 14, 2014: GUELPH— Hari Singh Bhatti shows University of Guelph staff member David Hobson how to tie a dastaar in the University Centre on Thursday afternoon. The event had members of the U of G Sikh Student Association teaching anyone who passed by how to tie the faith's male head covering. Thursday being Sikh Awareness Day at the university, Bhatti said the event helped educate people about the faith and culture. |
