June 29 2016: More than 50 members of South Auckland's Sikh community have contributed to a successful blood donation drive.
The event at the NZ Blood Donor Centre in Manukau was run by Sikh Youth NZ and the Spoken Words Youth Group in association with the Panthak Vichar Such community organisation.
Organiser Jaspreet Singh says: "This is a good opportunity for us to share the values of our culture, such as compassion and selfless service."
