My name is Jagtar Singh and I am an anesthesiologist here in Houston at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. Last year I was fortunate to have gone on a medical mission to assist with the recovery efforts in the aftermath of the Haiti earthquake.
On the encouragement of my friends I have put together a small essay on my reflections and experiences. I have received some positive feedback and given the fact the one year anniversary just recently passed I thought it would be timely to write something so that I can share my experiences with the Sikh sangat.
My close friend Kulmeet Singh (Albuquerque) suggested I forward my essay for consideration to be published on your website.
I do have a number of pictures depicting my experiences I think the readers might enjoy looking at as well,
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Warning : Some of the images may prove to be unpleasant for sensitive eyes/minds
