The countdown has begun for the Gaavani NJ event, where they will continue their mission of bringing more female voices to the forefront of kirtan and flourishing as a global community of spirituality and devotion.

At Gaavani, the commitment is to amplifying the presence of female kirtaniye on stage, honoring their talent, and sharing Guru Nanak’s timeless revelations with the world. This upcoming event is a powerful step in that direction. There is an incredible lineup of female kirtaniye and tabla players from around the world to lead all in an immersive spiritual experience.

Alongside Biba Guneet Kaur ji, an iconic kirtaniya in the global kirtan soundscape, here are some of the other exceptional kirtaniye you can look forward to:

  • Biba Amrita Kaur: Coming all the way from New Zealand, her voice carries an unparalleled sweetness, blending the traditional raag with a meditative experience. Her shabad ‘So Satgur Piara Mere Naal Hai’ has touched millions of hearts, and we’re honored to welcome her to the Gaavani stage.

  • Biba Simrit Kaur: With her unique style of blending soothing melodies, she creates a kirtan experience that is both awakening and grounding. Her passion for music and spirituality will captivate and inspire.

  • Female Tabla Players: For the first time, Gaavani is spotlighting female tabla players who will enrich the soundscape of our kirtan sessions. Their skill and dedication are a testament to the power of women in sacred music, and their performances will add a special dimension to the event.

How You Can Help !

Gaavani’s journey relies on the support of the community, and they are asking for your help to continue their mission. Every donation you make helps to cover the costs of bringing these incredible female Kirtaniye to the stage and ensuring the event reaches as many people as possible through livestreaming.
