Global Expression of Interest (EOI)
for
Design of Golden Temple Entrance Plaza at Amritsar

Punjab Heritage and Tourism Promotion Board (PHTPB), invites expression of interest (EOI) from leading Architectural and Urban Design firms for participating in a two stage International competition for design of Golden Temple Entrance Plaza at Amritsar (Punjab), India. All eligible registered architects, architectural firms, or consortia meeting our eligibility criteria may participate. The first stage has been aimed at soliciting ideas and concepts. Designs submitted in the first stage shall be assessed by a board of assessors and up to 05 (five) best conceptual designs will be short listed. The authors of these selected designs will be invited to take part in the second stage of the competition, The entries adjudged “First, Second and Third will be rewarded with a prize of Rs 5,00,000, Rs 3,00,000 and Rs 2,00,000 respectively after completion of the final assessment.

Registration: the interested firms will be required to register their firm for competition. Registration/application details can be downloaded from here correctly filled application letter including all required information along with non-refundable fee in form of demand draft of Rs. 5000. - (in case of applicant of Indian nationality) or $ 250 (in case of applicant of foreign nationality) in favour of ‘Member Secretary, Punjab Heritage and Tourism Promotion Board' payable at Chandigarh should be received at the following address latest by the 1600 hours IST on 4 th October, 2010.
