Camp Miri Piri Sydney; Only 3 weeks away!
As you know Camp Miri Piri Sydney is only 3 weeks away, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to attend this uplifting camp in the land Downunder.
For years, Camp Miri Piri has been held in Singapore and Malaysia (and once in Espanola, New Mexico), hosted mainly by Sikh Sewaks Singapore. I have been fortunate enough to have had a first-hand experience of the camp and I must say that my perspective on life and living practically as a Sikh has never been the same since. I have attended many camps around the world in my young life but never felt as inspired as I did at Camp Miri Piri. The questions that I have always sought after as a child, which never received any attention, were finally answered in my very first camp in 2004 - A whole new world opened up to me! The thirst to experience more and share this experience with others, gave birth to the idea of hosting the camp in Australia this year.
I humbly extend this invitation to all of you who are looking for personal inspiration, challenge and upliftment.
The time has come again for a unique opportunity to recharge your spiritual batteries & uplift yourself! This spring (April 15th to Sunday, April 18th, 2011) Camp Miri Piri will be held in Sydney, Australia featuring inspiring teachers from all over.
Whether you live in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, India or wherever, this is a camp not to be missed. Take some time out of your every day life to work on yourself.
The teachers at the camp are simply amazing! What more can I say?! Chardi Kala Jatha; comprisng of Jugat Guru Singh Khalsa, Sada Sat Simran Singh Khalsa and Hari Mander Jot Singh Khalsa, will be teaching at this camp. Living a practical Sikh way of Life in this 'modern' world, the Jatha has inspired many youth around the world and continue to do so through their seva of Kirtan, Shaster Vidhya, Physical Training and Self-Empowerment workshops at the camp. This is definitely an experience not to be missed!
If you are looking to travel, this may be a great opportunity for you to meet people from different walks of life and experience the Aussie culture at the same time (a warm and friendly country which Oprah so fondly talks about!).
I will leave you with this video clip which depicts what you can expect at Camp Miri Piri Sydney and I hope you will not hesitate to join us. For those of you who have experienced a Camp Miri Piri before, I would like to invite you to drop a comment (below) on your experience at the camp.
