We are proud that Sikh Nation has helped the international Community twice in the 20th Century. They have died in large numbers for all of us for our freedom and better future. We now live with dignity, honor and pride.
Do I regret wasting energy on worrying? NO! I have learned something from this experience, and now I have started living life and stop worrying about things. I do still worry about some issues, but the frequency and quantity is minimal compared to my past.

[VIDEOS] The response from the Sikh community about the FIBA turban ban has been overwhelming. Following the basketball turban ban a petition on change.org has been created. Among the Sikh celebrities that have endorsed this petition are: Daler Mehndi, The flying Sikh: Milkha Singh, Baba Iqbal Singh ji of Baru Sahib, Devender Pal Singh, Giribadat Singh, Bhangra singers and professional Sikh athletes.
The Divine is both present within the Creation, and unaffectedly watching and guiding it. This is the way I have come to understand the Unseen and the Unknown in the second pauree of the Anand Sahib.
The time of power and control is ending. Our Guru has shown how every Sikh has a direct connection to God and Guru without the need for any middle man. Being present with the awakening souls of these children was a privilege and a blessing for me.
In Sri Guru Granth Sahib an entire Bani, Anand Sahib is attributed to attaining bliss. Attaining bliss is so important in Sikhism that Anand Sahib is chanted at all the religious ceremonies of the Sikhs irrespective of the nature of event, be it a marriage or death.
Now I am very excited to announce to you that a new study in the prestigious journal Neurology, the official journal of the American Academy of Neurology, has just published a landmark article showing a strong association between vitamin D deficiency and Alzheimer’s disease.
