‘The Restorer of what was taken away, the Liberator from captivity; the Formless Lord, the Destroyer of pain.’ (ang 624*)

When Guru Hargobind was imprisoned and was finally being freed Guru ji famously refused to leave the prison without freeing the other incarcerated princes as well.

Not only do we celebrate Bandi Chhor Divas this week because of this, but we also recognize the deeper meaning behind this memorable event.

Too many are isolated and lost in the prison of their own minds and the loneliness that comes from it.

Because of your generous support to SikhNet, the Guru's light can reach out across the world and shine via the internet and many are freed from their own world of isolation by Guru Ji's grace, through SikhNet. #SikhiStrong

Will you make a donation today to honor Guru ji's light?

Thank you for your generosity.
