| Dhanaasaree, Fifth Mehl: One who forgets the Lord of life, the Great Giver - know that he is most unfortunate. One whose mind is in love with the Lord's lotus feet, obtains the pool of ambrosial nectar. ||1|| Your humble servant awakes in the Love of the Lord's Name. All laziness has departed from his body, and his mind is attached to the Beloved Lord. ||Pause|| Wherever I look, the Lord is there; He is the string, upon which all hearts are strung. Drinking in the water of the Naam, servant Nanak has renounced all other loves. ||2||16||47|| |

| Dhanasri, Mejl Guru Aryan, Quinto Canal Divino. Desafortunado es aquél que hace a un lado a su Dios, pero aquél que está enamorado del Loto de los Pies del Señor, se baña en el Lago de Néctar. (1) Oh Dios, yo, Tu Sirviente, he despertado en Tu Amor, ahora ya no tengo ninguna pereza y estoy entonado en Ti, oh mi Señor. (Pausa) Veo a mi Señor donde sea que volteo a ver, pues todo está engarzado en Su Hilo, y así Nanak bebe del Agua Inmaculada del Nombre del Señor, haciendo a un lado cualquier otro amor. (2-16-47) |
