This video is about a Frenchman Michael Rudel who adopted Sikhism and became Darshan Singh. He renounced his French nationality as a protest against French government which don’t allow Sikhs to wear turban in France. Now, he is a farmer ,doing organic farming near Anandpur Sahib (Punjab). From this video we want to show that how great is Sikhi that a person from west adopted it ,but unfortunately our own generation is giving away their Sikh identity.

Thanks for making this video. S. Darshan Singh not only accepted Sikh way of life but also left so tempting western life style to lead a life of simple Punjabi Farmer and do Kirat.
We really don’t need to go to Deras to find a Sadh/Sant.
Common ppl like S. Darshan Singh are real Gurmukh, Sadhu or Sant.

Very insightful journey of Darshan Singh, nicely captured into a nice video. This can send a very good message to the French government who is forcing people in the name of secularism to switch to differenct insober society. All salute to Darshan Singh for his courage to fight odds.

i think it is very gr8 work performed by these two guys..firstly i would like to say tht d topic which they have chosen is really very nice nd it is attached to everyone’s personal life coz it reflects some message to all of d communities..nd secondly i want to say that DARSHAN SINGH is a true sikh..nd what he did ..he did all that for d sake of saving sikhism (” true sikhism”)…so 10\10 to ma fellow friends…keep it up such a good work (like dis one guys ):-)

At last i saw the frenchman. Ropar being my native place, i had through internet came to know that there was a frenchman who had become sikh and had settled in Nurpur Bedi, but never had the oppurtunity to go and meet him, though i had been to nurpur bedi many times. Today your video completed that wish though virtually.
His journey of becoming sikh was great and should be inspirational to sikhs to follow the teachings of sikhism to its core.
