Daily Schedule
This schedule is for the full days of August 6, 7, and 8th. The opening day, Sunday August 5th begins at 2PM following the Gurdwara program at Siri Singhgasan e Khalsa. The final day, Thursday August 9th, camp will conclude after lunch.

Bibiji Inderjit Kaur
Bibiji - Dr. Inderjit Kaur - Bhai Sahiba and Ph, D. is the wife of Yogi Bhajan. She has dedicated her life to the ministerial and missionary work of the Sikhs in the West. She was selected by the Governor as an "Outstanding Woman in New Mexico" and serves as the 3HO representative to the United Nations. A published author in her own right......She has taught and counselled people for over 30 years. |
Snatam Kaur
Snatam Kaur is an up and coming music sensation. She is now on the "Celebrate Peace" tour. Snatam Kaur has the most amazing voice, the love and devotion she has for her Guru shines through. To witness pure devotion is a humbling experience which can bring about a deep spiritual connection to the divine within. Snatam Kaur's voice will resonate in your heart, her voice is pure, healing and uplifting, she is truly a gifted teacher and devotional singer. |
Charhdikalaa Jatha - Jagat Guru Singh, Sada Sat Simran Singh, and Harimandir Jot Singh
The Charhdi Kalaa Jetha is phenomena of our times. Born and raised in America Sikh families, Jagat Guru Singh, Sada Sat Simran Singh and Harmandir Jot Singh attended high-school in India and there were awakened to love of Gurbani Kirtan. Through the firm instruction and inspired guidance of Ustaad Narindar Singh Sandhu of Nangle, Punjab, the jetha immersed themselves in the study of Raag Sangeet. Today, they are devoted Hazoori Ragis who live in Amritsar and who have dedicated their lives to Gurbani Kirtan. They tour India, Asia, and North America singing kirtan and inspiring other young Sikhs on the path of Guru Gobind Singh. |
Shanti Kaur
Shanti Kaur Khalsa is a wife, mother, and security professional. She is a Vice President for Akal Security. She is an active Sikh parcharic in the United States and abroad. Involvement with Sikh teenagers has led to mentoring young people around the world in the Sikh rehit, both in their personal and professional lives. She is an active kirtani, and has traveled widely giving inspirational kirtan and lecture programs. She is a published historian, and regularly contributes articles on both current events and Sikh history to Sikh publications. |
Dr. Harjot Kaur
Harjot is a skilled ragi of Gurbani kirtan in the classical style. She is a lecturer of Sikh issues and affairs, and represents Sikhism in conferences all through North America. She is Family Physician with a very active pratice in Calgary, providing a caring and spiritual approach to medical care for all her patients. |
Gurucharan Singh
Gurucharan S. Khalsa, Ph.D. is a psychotherapist, teacher and writer, and is a world recognized authority in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Dr. Khalsa is an expert in the mind and in the applied psychology of meditation. For 25 years he was in clinical practice with his focus being on executive coaching, conflict resolution, stress management, creativity and the interface of high information technology with optimal human performance. |
Gurutej Singh
A poet, a warrior, a businessman and a man of the spirit, Gurutej Singh walks many paths while walking the one. He is the founder and Senior Vice President of Akal Security, one of the largest security companies in America. For thirty years he traveled extensively with the Siri Singh Sahib as his sevadar and student. Gurutej Singh has published two books and regularly travels and teaches on Sikhism and meditation. The wisdom of his words, both written and spoken, have brought inspiration to thousands of people. |
Dev Suroop Kaur
Dev Suroop Kaur Khalsa is a devoted student and teacher of Naad Yoga. She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and a Minister of Sikh Dharma. She leads lively and engaging community chanting programs around the country that bring people from all walks of life together. Ancient Healing ways sells her inspirational meditation music. |
Sat Nirmal Kaur
Sat Nirmal Kaur Khalsa has been with Akal Security since 1987 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 1994. She has been a student of Yogi Bhajan since 1974, studying Kundalini Yoga as well as learning yogic techniques and philosophy to apply to every day business practices. With an emphasis on conscious communication, she has successfully managed all facets of this complex, multi-state corporation. Sat Nirmal is a wife and mother and studies music and oil painting. Sat Nirmal Kaur has produced a CD of the entire Jaap Sahib with vocal harmonies and guitar accompaniment. It is available at Spirit Voyage and Ancient Healing Ways. This is a great way to learn Jaap Sahib.

Nirvair Singh
Nirvair Singh has studied with Yogi Bhajan since 1970. He is a university instructor and has taught classes in Kundalini Yoga at the University of Alaska Anchorage since 1975. He serves on the Board of Directors of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association. He has authored fourteen videos and four books on Kundalini Yoga. He lives with his family in Anchorage and owns a natural foods brokerage company. He loves to run, ski, bike, hike and practice yoga with his family in the mountains of Alaska. |
Guruchander Singh
Dr. Guruchander Singh is a healer, a teacher, and a dedicated Khalsa. He began studying yoga with Yogi Bhajan in 1972 and his love of healing people led him to become a Doctor of Chiropractic in 1982. In additions to his training in chiropractic, he has studied many other forms of alternative healing and applies that in a holistic way. Guruchander possesses a personal passion for teaching people how to reach their own souls and has the ability to "prescribe" the tools you need to help you walk that road back in, with courage and grace. |
Hari Kaur
Hari Kaur is a family nurse practitioner practicing integrative medicine in Massachusetts. She has been a student of Yogi Bhajan for the past 30 years. She worked in India for five years at Guru Nanak Fifth Centenary School in Mussoorie and GRD Academy in Dehra Dun. She spent several winter school breaks in Anandpur Sahib, Poanta Sahib and Hazoor Sahib. In these places, she was able to experience the teachings and life of Guru Gobind Singh. She is an avid bike rider and loves to compete in triathalons. |

Physical Directions: From Albuquerque, follow I-25 north to Santa Fe. Exit right onto St. Francis Drive - Hwy 84/285. Follow Hwy 84/285 through Santa Fe and approximately 26 miles towards Espanola.
As you approach Espanola, there will be a gentle hill and a four-way traffic light – with the Dream Catcher Theater on the right. Turn right at the light onto SR 106 – the Yogi Bhajan Memorial Highway. Take your second right onto Sombrillo Road. Continue about ¼ mile and see the gold-dome Gurdwara on your left. Registration will be at the Gurdwara from 10:00AM to 2:00PM on Sunday, August 5th.
Air Travel:
The closest airport is Albuquerque, New Mexico, approximately 90 miles from the Gurdwara. Airport code is ABQ.
Airport Shuttle:
Twin Hearts Shuttle Company will drive you from the airport directly to the Gurdwara. They will also pick you up for your return flight.

Camping at the Gold House
The camp site is rustic, but includes men’s and women’s shower and toilet facilities. There is no charge for camping, but reservations are required because space is limited. Tent rental, including a cot and foam pad, are available for $15 per night.

Inn at the Delta:
Located in the center of Espanola, the inn has oversized rooms decorated with original artwork and southwestern style furnishings, kiva fireplaces, large Jacuzzi tubas and queen size beds.

The inn provides beautiful views of the surrounding area, especially of Black Mesa, a 2.7 million year old geological formation held sacred by the Pueblo Indians. Course Fees
Registration fee includes daily vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner and all course materials. First meal will be Sunday dinner, and last meal will be Thursday lunch.
Rustic camping is available at the course. There is a small fee for tent rental. Other housing options can be found on the “Accomodations” page.
Pre-registration Fee on or before July 25th: $199
Registration after July 25th: $249
There are a limited number of work exchanges available. To receive a full exchange, please be prepared to arrive early or stay late and work several hours each day. We are seeking sevadars in ground clean-up, food prep, and kitchen clean-up.
