Hukamnama today is on Ang 535 of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji in Dhaevagandhharee Raagini by Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji.

oulattee rae man oulattee rae || saakath sio kar oulattee rae ||
Satgur Sahib ji says rae man O my mind, oulattee turn yourself away , oulattee rae man oulattee rae rae turn your mind away from those whose mindset is oulattee, oulattee means to be facing the wrong way, to be turned away. Those people who have turned away from the God, from Waheguru, the Guru. Maharaj Sahib Ji, Guru Arjan Dev Ji is telling us today, O my mind, rae man, Satgur Paadshah Ji says oulattee rae man oulattee rae saakath sio kar oulattee rae saakath means those people who have turned their faith away, turned their hearts away, turned their mind away from the Guru, from Waheguru. Satguru ji says saakath sio kar oulattee rae, saakath sio - those people who have no faith in the Guru, kar oulattee rae turn your mind away from their mindset . The mindset which is full of anger, hatred, greed, ego, desire; turn your mindset away from that. And physically as well, Guru Sahib Ji is saying do not sit in their company, do not meet with them because their ideas, their views will rub off onto you, O my mind. And Maharaj Ji says oulattee rae man turn away O my mind from those people whose mindset is oulattee, those people whose mindset is turned away from the Lord. And Guru Sahib Ji goes on to explain :

jhoot(h)ai kee rae jhoot(h) pareeth shhuttakee rae man shhuttakee rae saakath sa(n)g n shhuttakee ||1|| rehaao ||
jhoot(h)ai kee rae - Those people who are in love with this false world , their pareeth, to have attachment to them is jhooth, is false. Their attachment only remains due to material gain, money, other such material gains. And Guru Sahib ji says they cannot help to be saved, cannot help to be liberated as they themselves are drowning in this ocean of this world. And Guru Sahib ji says jhoothai kee rae jhooth pareeth That one who does not know the truth of God cannot know true love. And therefore Guru maharaj ji says shhuttakee rae man shhuttakee rae O my mind - man if you break your ties with those people who lack faith in God and the Guru then only you be shhuttakee, then only you be liberated from this world. And Maharaj ji goes on to say, saakath sang n shhuttakee Those people who keep the sang, company of those people who have no faith, that cannot be liberated. Maharaj Sahib ji is explaining to us the importance of sangat. And sangat in this case does not mean just sitting with them; it means exchange of ideas, thinking of what they are saying. Maharaj ji is saying that if you take in the ideas of those people who have turned their face away from the Guru, turned their face away from the Akalpurakh, from Waheguru then your mind will also be tainted with those views. And Guru Sahib ji says move your mindset away from that. Rehaao Pause and think about this. This does not mean we go away from the world living in jungles, this means whilst living in the world we turn our minds away from their mindset. That we realize that the mindset of faithlessness is harmful.

jio kaajar bhar ma(n)dhar raakhiou jo paisai kaalookhee rae ||
jio - Like kaajar, kaajar means soot, bhar means to fill up, mandhar means a house, raakhiou means to keep within; if a house was filled with soot, jo paisai any person who passes through kaalookhee rae becomes blackened. In the same way the idea is that mindset of those people who have turned their face away from God, who have turned away their minds away from the Lord, Maharaj Ji says that to exchange the ideas with them, to sit with them you will be colored with their vices as well. Their ideas will go into your minds and your mind will turn away as well, your mind will be blackened. You will receive some sort of mark from sitting with them, from talking with them.

dhoorahu hee thae bhaag gaeiou hai jis gur mil shhuttakee thrikuttee rae ||1||
Those people who have mil united with the Guru, who have listened to the Guru's veechaar - the Guru's understanding, the Guru's Shabad, the Guru's words, and through the Guru's ords they have shhuttakee liberated from thrikuttee - the three gunn. the three qualities - satogunn the humble quality; rajogunn - the princely quality and tamogunn the dark quality; those who have escaped from all these three states of being and have gone on beyond them they have then dhoorahu hee thae bhaag gaeiou hai - dhoorahu from far; bhaag gaeiou hai have run away from such saakats, such faithless people. From far away they have rejected the ideas of faithless people. They do not let themselves be colored in that faithlessness of those people who have no faith . Those Gurmukh peeaarae have given them up from far away. Maharaj Sahib ji goes on saying:

maago dhaan kirapaal kirapaa nidhh maeraa mukh saakath sa(n)g n juttasee rae ||
maago I ask for that dhaan gift kirapaal O Merciful, kirapaa nidhh treasure of all Grace, maeraa mukh saakath sang n juttasee rae May my mukh face n juttasee, juttasee means to meet with; may I not come face to face with saakat, those people who are faithless, those people who break yourself from God please keep my face away from them. Always keep me Guru centered, may I never be centered around those people who have no faith. Guru Sahib ji please save me, Guru Sahib Ji is doing this Ardaas.

jan naanak daas daas ko karee-ahu mayraa moond saaDh pagaa hayth rulsee ray]2]4]37]
And Maharaj Sahib Ji is telling us what Ardaas we should have upon our lips. Satgut Sahib Ji says make this daas servant, a servant of Your servants Waheguru, let me serve those people who serve You, not those who serve their own mind, not those who are against You, not those who break me away from You but those lead me to You. Let me sit with them, let me share their ideas, let me understand what they are saying, let me understand the wisdom which they are implying to me. mayraa moond saaDh pagaa hayth rulsee ray May my moond head rulsee lie hayth under the pagaa feet of the saaDh of those people who have controlled their mind, who have taken on sadhanaa - the practice of controlling their mind and to those who lead me to understand the Guru's path and who join me and unite me with Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj.
Maharaj Sahib Ji is saying in this Shabad today O Gursikhs, O Sikhs of the Guru, let this be your Ardaas that you are forever joined with those remind you of the Lord and that you are affected and that you do not come into the contamination with those who break you away from God. And we do this Ardaas daily in our Ardaas - sayee peeaarae mael jinna milliaa tayra naam chhitt aavae Please unite me with those peeaarae, those beloved beings by meeting them tayra naam chhitt aavaeI remember the name of the God. And that is the same Ardaas that Maharaj is telling us to do in this Hukamnama.
