Margaret Trezza

Margaret's (Amrit Kaur's) love of music began in kindergarten where she sat alongside her teacher on the piano bench as they both led the class in song. She memorized all of the songs and would sing them for her family. Margaret recalls asking her mom if she was able to hear the piano as she sang. Throughout her childhood she sang in church, temple and choir organizations, and performed in plays and choruses. Margaret and her husband Milton moved from Rhode Island to Naples, Florida in January of 2011. A practioner of Kundalini Yoga for over 20 years, Margaret received her Kundalini Yoga and Meditation training over a decade ago at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center in Millis, MA. She has taught Kundalini Yoga and Meditation at All that Matters in Wakefield, RI and several venues throughout RI and MA. Margaret holds a Childplay Yoga teaching certification and has designed programs for special needs children. Margaret is Reiki certified and holds a Yoga Nidra Guide certification. She has studied with Hari Kaur Khalsa, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Gurudass Kaur Khalsa, Guru Dev Singh Khalsa, Sat Kartar Kaur Khalsa, Myra Partyka, Willi Tetelbaum, and Jennifer Reis. Possessing a background in ballroom dance, aerobics instructor, voice, piano study, and choir singing, Margaret feels right at home teaching the transformational power of meditation and yoga through music and sound.
