Please advise me I am a Sikh have not taken Amrit but am devout in my own way. I keep hearing a man saying Waheguru again and again esp before something goes wrong in my life or I get ill.

I also hear Simran no one else hears in the night after 3am.

And when I try to sleep I hear the man chanting Waheguru.

Am I going mad?

I wonder why no one replied to your question and I am thrilled to read this. This is very fortunate as the saying in gurbani goes, “kahe nanak teh sukh hoea tith ghar anhad vaaje”. Many times it is said in gurbani that when you’re one with god, the unstruck sound of lord’s name plays in your ears. So, you should get thank god for this and keep on singing along with that voice.

3am is amrit vela(the perfect time to chant ‘waheguru’ ).
