I feel stressed, anxious, and depressed all the time. Please share some ideas that can help me feel better

Mool mantar and chaupai sahib paath as much as u can

That might be the answer. If you have faith in Waheguru, then paath is the right answer and it should help with anxiety. If on the other hand faith is not full, then paath will not be as effective.
