sat sri akal ji,
we take Parikarma after bowing in front of our Guru... when people start from their left they come in- between Palki sahib and stage where Ragi singh's are seated . But if they go from behind the stage, they take parikarma of human beings also.... In our Gurudwara they recently put a barrier sort of frame to enable the devotees to go from behind the
stage and not from front of the stage ... While some people simply bow and move back without parikarma....what is the right practice?

But that's not to say ritualistically doing those things is completely useless. They brake the ground for genuine belief.
