I believe any one can do seva despite any kind of disability and listening to gurbani is a seva in it self . Every one in this world plays a role in God's will , even one cell organisms work, it is all planned by God. He makes his people do his seva if he wishes.

SSA I just wanted to update every1 about my sleep status :) I have been sleeping like a baby lately yes!!! i don't fear not getting accepted into this program any more. I am capable of many more things, this is not the end of world! i am here for a reason and I am not going to waste my life worrying...

Also the therapist called it situational depression and suggested me to take time off work.. she says it goes away eventually and she suggested i see my family physician for sleep medicine

Dukh Bhanjani sahib must be very very helpful. I suffered fro sever and I mean sever knee pain for 3-years when I was in India, I am sure it was b/c of lack of nutrition and harmful chemicals in food, fake urea milk etc.. now it is gone. Also walking daily really helps.

Thanks for the kind suggestions every one, I went for my first therapy session, it is related to being over worked, having no weekends off at all for past 3 months and school stress, I am not sure if I will get into this university program that I want to get into so bad.
