When a young Singh complained to Giani Sukha about the lack of inspiration for the youth at his local Gurdwara, Giani Sukha asked him a simple question. What are you doing to inspire? This Singh realized that complaining was accomplishing nothing and decided to host a Sikh history class for the youth at his local Gurdwara. This class grew and grew and this Singh’s effect on the community was so impactful that he was soon elected as the president of the Gurdwara he had originally written off as a lost cause.
