Humanize The Gurus To Be Like Them

As much as we respect our Gurus it is important to humanize them. Our Gurus walked on the land we walk on.  They achieved things that we can strive to as well like poetry, meditation, and martial arts. We shouldn't put the Gurus on a pedestal to the point of distancing ourselves from them. Their teachings were simple, practical, human teachings.

For me meditation is when I feel like I'm doing what I was put here to do. I feel it when I'm connecting to people, and practicing my truth.  Find out what it is for you on an individual level.
