Jun 18, 2015: OAK CREEK - The shooting rampage in Charleston is bringing back memories of a similar tragedy in southeastern Wisconsin back in 2012.
Six worshipers were shot and killed at the Sikh Temple in Oak Creek. Several more were wounded.
The shooter, Wade Michael Page, killed himself after being shot by a responding officer.
Amar Kaleka's father was one of the victims in the Oak Creek tragedy and he has this message for the victim's families in Charleston.
"The community will come together around you and help you and substantiate that pain," Kaleka said. "But it will take some time."
Kaleka and several other members of the community plan to travel to Charleston to show their support.
The group will leave sometime this Saturday.
