Gurbani tells us to respect and love the nature but this message is widely ignored by Sikh masses as well as Gurdwara Committees who fire the crackers to celebrate Gurpurabs. While pointing out that such practises cause pollution and harm the nature this film tells us to abandon such practises and follow the message of Guru Sahibs and realise the meaning of ‘ ਪਵਣੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਪਾਣੀ ਪਿਤਾ ਮਾਤਾ ਧਰਤਿ ਮਹਤੁ || (Pavaṇ gurū pāṇī piṯā māṯā ḏẖaraṯ mahaṯ)’.
