Sorry to tell but this video is taking the wrong meaning of amrit vela. But it is very good to wake up early in the morning, i also wake up early in the morning, eat breakfast, change to training cloth, running outside, coming home, do ishnan, change cloth, do nitnem, eat again and then my day start… school and stuff like that… But a person need 7hours sleep, it is importan.
This video is not telling the true meaning of amritvela.

Oh sama jis vele asi Rabji de Guna di vichaar karde haan te uhna ten turan di koshish karde haan ji, that is amrit vela…Bhaven oh din da koi vi vakht hove.

As it is clearly written in Japji Saheb

"Amrit Vela Sach Naao, Vadeyaee, Veechar||

Karmi Aave Kapda, Nadri mokh duaar||"

which I have interprted as

Amrit Vela (the time of awakening from Death)

Sach Naao= The only Truth

Vadyaee Veechar=think about HIM, praise HIM for HIS love to us

Karmi Aave Kapda=then HE will cover us with HIS blanket of love

Nadri Mokh Duaar=and we will see HIS DOOR.

Awakening from Death means waking up from the dark sleep of Kalyug that has led us to sleep in the dreams of Maya, nothing else. If we wake from that state, we will meet our true Lord. So that vela is nothing but awakening from the Hands of Death of Kalyug. If we die in Kalyug's hands, we can never be awakened. Stress on "Awaken" word. It will clarify automatically.

The early you get up (at a younge age) and start thinking about creater (and start doing good things), you will not do anything bad (you will be see how & what you are doing) you will be able to see the Creater (who will cover you with your warmth & love) and soon you will be able to see him in your heart (mokh duar is inside your heart). Believe me you can only see him when your heart in open.
