Wonderful video jio!!!With waheguru ji’s grace you can inspire many who have the same situation of difficulty getting up at at the Amrit Vela.It could have been litlle better if last shabad was complete in the video.Could you please let us know where can we find this shabad?

i am struggling.i watched that video.that’sgood.can anyone tell me something then my mind understand.o veer ji help me .i am struggling.my mind is blocked.i used to love gurbani.i do not know but happen to me,i am in deep truble.i want get a job.i am now everyday i am forgetting everything.i know why this happening.i donot know how i can traind my mindthen my mind love creater.if any one there please help me? i have low self esteem please help me.
