Healthy. Happy. Holy tells the stories of four second-generation Western Sikhs. The film follows them from their early childhood in the American Sikh Sangat, to their years in Indian boarding schools and their return to the United States as teenagers. The film also looks to the future, going to the current boarding school where the next generation of Western Sikhs is growing up.

Very interesting and informative.
It was good to learn how the American Sikh community developed and especially the number of years the youngsters spent in a school in Amritsar.
