Home Remedy for Constipation

I woulid like people to know this 100% cure for constipation without any side effect on your health.
Take 100 gms Sanpatti
100 gms Rose petals dry
50 gms Saunf
50 gms Mishri
Grind all the four ingredients together. Take 1tbsp every night with water or milk bfore going to bed. Please tell others whoever is suffering from this problem.

Drink one glass of water before entering the washroom and there would not be any such problem.
