Dukh Bhanjani Sahib


According to my knowledge Dukh Bhanjani Sahib is composed of different verses from the Guru Granth Sahib, however is it actually a legitimate paat to do? When I say that, I realize that all paat is good, but I have heard that it is not good to specifically read certain parts of the Guru Granth Sahib however even Benti Chaupai is from Dasam Granth and also in terms of just reading the gutka and putting water in a glass . I was just reading some other forums and they said that it is just made by people who sell them and people people who advertise this ritual.

To my knowledge, all the shabads in Dukh Bhanjani Sahib are taken from Gurbani.
Therefore there is no harm in reading, singing, listening and contemplating.

The purpose behind putting together these Shabads is to encourage those who don't get up at Amrit Vela and do Nitnem.
Moreso it bounds a person for certain number of days to adapt this routine.

Ask your self a question, What is the difference between Amrit Sarovar and a pool of water ?
You will get the answer.

Lastly, if a Holi person tells someone to do Seva and a person obeys then Seva is safal (approved by Almighty).

Veerjio REHRAAS SAHIB is also a compilation of GURUBANI taken from various sections of SAHIB SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI & SRI DASAM GRANTH ... similarly recitation of KIRTAN is also picking up ONE SHABAD at a time ....

ANY...... TUK, SHABAD.... CHHAND.... PAURI.... etc. which helps us in our spiritul atunement with THE ALMIGHTY AKALPURAKH is OK .... actullly Your Prayers DON'T make ANY difference to the LORD .. You pray to bring YOUR mind / mun under control ... & that is the real achivement mun jeete jag jeeta

Please tell me we can read full Dukh Bhanjani Sahib at one time.......
or one shabad daily from it. I mean to say taking Hukumnama from Dukh Bhanjani Sahib.

amrit vela sach naon wadiaaee weechaar.
any time when one recites God and contemplates about God is sacred. that is my meaning of it. so if that is true then anytime is a sacred time when one recites bani whole heartedly.
