After reincarnation
When Sikhs become Gurmukh, they break the cycle of reincarnation; this means one’s soul merges with Waheguru. To prevent a defecit, is a "new" soul created? How about when there was “nothing”? Where were the souls then? Is it possible for a non-Sikh to break reincarnation? For example there are a lot of good people who are atheists?

Greetings.
When baptised sikh become Gurmukh they break the reincarnation cycle. They merge into the Waheguru jio, it is upto waheguru when, where and how waheguru need that particular soul service. There are infinite solar system in the universe. Non baptised person cannot meet the waheguru, whether they are Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian or any other religions human being.

SSA,
If you believe in a universal Creator then anything is possible. You just have to do some soul searching (no pun intended) to find the answers.
Yes, I believe every human being can realize the Creator.
